The drive of the overhanging cutter-loader feed system (further in the text "ВСПК") is designed to feed coal cutter-loaders К103, У101Д, КА80, УКД200, УКД200/250 and others, operating in breakage faces (longwalls) on thin gently sloping seams 0,6 m thick and more, moving along the strike, with bedding angle up to 35°, as well as on seams being developed to rise or to dip, with bedding angle up to 10°.
    The drive ВСПК can be used along with face conveyors of СП250, СП251, СП301М, СПЦ163М, СП326 types and their analogues.

• Distinguishing features of the drive ВСПК are:
  - differential mechanism controlled by an electromagnetic brake instead of a sliding coupling;
  - the cutter-loader feed speed is regulated from 0 to 6 (10) m/min.;
  - the electromagnetic brake housing is furnished with a water-cooling jacket for more effective removal of heat that is evolved during operation of the electromagnetic brake;
  - traction force of the drive is increased to 30 tons;
  - the drive shifting along the frame under the action of the hydraulic jack is increased up to 350 mm.


• NOTE: The drive ВСПК, having traction force up to 30 tons as compared with 20 tons exerted by now available ВСПК drives will facilitate the operation in longwalls up to 300 m long with maximum use of the cutter-loader facilities. This, in its turn, will allow to increase the load on the face up to 3000 tons a full day instead of now available 1500 tons a full day.
