The powerful high-output flight movable bending conveyor СПЦ271М is intended for operation within mining complexes to deliver coal, oil shale, potassium ores from the breakage faсes at the seam thickness at least 1.1 m and angles of dip up to 35°, as well as at the rise or dip with the seams angle up to 10° in mines of any gas and dust hazard category.

• The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness.
• The updated design of СПЦ271М conveyor replaces the conveyors СПЦ273; СПЦ261.62; СПЦ271.
• Convenience and reliability of conveyor in operation are ensured by the following:
• - The conveyor drives are equipped with devices for their fixing and moving.
• - The drive units are equipped with water cooling system.
• - The drive shaft assembly rests on is own supports.
• - The sprockets of the drives are quickly removable.
• - Connection with the reducer output shaft is made with the help of toothed couplings.
• - Smooth starting and prevention of overloads are ensured by hydraulic couplings or elastic couplings.
• - The conveyor is equipped with implements and battens for chainless cutter-loader feed.
• - The implements can be either welded to the pans or removable.
