The dimension-type row of new conveyors СП251 is developed on the basis of the widely used in the mines of Ukraine conveyors СП250 with chains in the pan side guides, on the 190 mm high special-profile sides of pan. The new design uses special traction member based on the chain of size 24x86 mm with lowered vertical links. The use of such traction member with the breaking force of one chain 720 kN instead of 410 kN increases the chain strength reserve by 1.75 times, enables to transfer the conveyor СП251 to the row of sufficiently powerful machine, to increase the installed power (totally up to 420 kW), to increase the conveyor length up to 250 and more meters, and to equip thin seams, which prevail in Ukraine, with the reliable means of delivering coal from the working.

• The conveyor is of updated design. The panline has the lower bottom to exclude gumming. The pans are provided with inspection hatches. The implements can be either welded to the panline or removable.
• The conveyor has modernized flight-link joint excluding unsteadiness. The conveyor drives are equipped with the devices for their fixing and moving
• The conveyor is equipped with the control apparatus of the flight conveyor AKCK, which, beside the envisaged by the safety standards function of disconnecting the electric motors at the breakage of the traction member, possesses a number of additional diagnostic functions including load control on each electric motor, speed variation control, failure light indication with keeping the information in memory, control of good order of the electric circuits, etc.
• The mining flight mobile conveyors СП251 are intended for operation with the narrow-cut cutter-loaders equipped with feed systems of various designs, in conjunction with face complexes to deliver coal of any rigidity, oil shale or potassium ores from sloping seams spreading at the angle of up to 35? and to the rise and dip of up to 10?, in gas and dust hazardous mines. The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness.
