The headlight ФВУ1К is intended for the illumination of the way during movement of the coal cutter-loaders and other machines in gas and dust hazardous mines. The product uses the invention protected by the inventor’s certificate No. 93412.
    The headlights ФВУ3 and ФВУ3А are intended for the illumination of the way during movement of the electric locomotives and other machines in gas and dust hazardous mines.

• The casing and covers are cast aluminium.
• The block of the protective glass is made in the form of two triplex tempered glass plates with circumferential rubber gasket between them. Such design ensures high reliability and explosion safety of the headlight.
• ФВУ3 and ФВУ3А reflectors are made of aluminium, the reflector of ФВУ1К and the current conducting parts are made of brass with corresponding coatings, the insulation parts are made of high-tensile plastic materials.
• The fasteners for the headlight covers require special tools. The headlight cover bears the projecting inscription “Disconnect from mains, then open”.
