MINING CRUSHER ДШ1
The mining crusher ДШ1 is designed for crushing coal and other materials (including rock) with contact hardness up to 130 MPa.
The crusher is used in combination with the drift flight conveyor-loader СПЦ230 or other loader when it is mounted in the panline as its component. The version of the panline of the conveyor (loader) must correspond with the dimensions and profile of СПЦ230 conveyor sides.
- By request of the consumer (customer), the developer can make the crusher version for the required panline of the gateway conveyor (loader).
- The crusher consists of three units: inlet, outlet and master units. Mounted in the master unit is the drum with crushing bits. The electric motor is mounted on the outlet unit on the special angle bar.
- Rotation from the electric motor to the crusher drum with bits is transmitted via the V-belt transmission. To eliminate dust formation during crushing of the transported material, the crasher is equipped with sprinkling nozzles.
