DRIVE UNIT БП250ПК
The drive unit БП250ПК.00.00.000 equipped with the conic-planetary reducer БП250ПК.01.00.000 is intended for operation within drives of the mining flight conveyors and loaders. The drive unit is mounted in parallel to the panline axis and depending on the versions can be operated with the single-or-two-speed electric motors of power 200...250 kW. The versions of passing housings allow to use electric motors of OJS Company «Pervomaiskiy electromechanic plant by name of K.Marx »/Ukraine/, firms «DAMEL» /Poland/, «BARTEC» /Germany/.
- The reducer БП250ПК of the drive unit can be produced to the single-speed motor/connection is motor-reducer through coupling/ and to the two-speed motor /connection is motor-reducer through elastic or block coupling/.
- The drive unit БП250ПК in common with the drive unit БП250П /рerpendicularly/ can be used within conveyors /loaders/ : СПЦ230, СПЦ334, СП326-20.30/СП330/ as it has the same connective dimensions and gear ratio.
- The design of the drive unit is developed by the special design office of OJS Company «Kharkov Machine-Building Plant «Svet Shakhtyora» and Ltd «Firm Reson L» /at present Ltd «Svet Talana» /Moscow/.
- Producer: Public Joint Stock Company «Kharkov Machine-Building Plant «Svet Shakhtyora».

- Availability of water cooling system from stainless steel with the quickly removable adapter for water connection;
- Compactness as compared with reducers of classic version;
- Rising of reliability owing to application of import bearings, seals and lubrication;
- Application of the drive unit in high-output conveyors (to 10 000 t coal per 24hrs).
