WATER DISTILLATION APPARATUS АД10 AND АДВ25
The distillers are intended for distillation of water used in the process of preparing electrolyte for the storage-battery mining cap lamps, as well as for other needs of distillate complying with the requirements of GOST 6709-72 with the exception of the indices of content of ammonia and ammonium salts, sulfates and chlorides.
The distillers АД10 and АДВ25 consist of the electric heater, evaporator, condenser, water level limiter, control cabinet, stand.
Water supplied from the running water pipe evaporates during heating and condenses in the coil washed by cold water coming into the apparatus.
The distillation process is continuous.
To improve heat transfer, the coil is made of brass.
The water washed surfaces are provided with corrosion protection coating.
