SLIDING FLIGHT GATEWAY BEAM CONVEYOR СПЦ271M-82ПР
- The beam conveyor is created on the basis of the conveyor СПЦ271М with central separated chains of size 26x92 mm.
- The beam conveyor consists of two main parts:
- - Beam conveyor proper with the drive, end head, panline, hydraulic mover (of pushing type) along the drift after the heading cutter-loader and fasteners, hydraulic device for moving the support sections of the band conveyor, platform for the power equipment.
- - Support sections for the sliding portion of the beam conveyor with built-in drum (for 1000 mm wide band) and rollers of the telescopic band conveyor.
- The set of the support sections with the drum compose the end portion of the band conveyor. The upper branch of the band goes in the chute-like guides of the support sections.
- Tightening of the flight chain of the beam conveyor is performed with the help of the hydraulic cylinders mounted on the telescopic end head (tightening stroke up to 300 mm).
- Tightening of the support sections of the beam conveyor is carried out with the help of two hydraulic jacks mounted on the support sections.
- The beam conveyor can be equipped with the crusher ДШ1 mounted onto the panline.
