The powerful high-output flight movable bending conveyor СП330 is intended for operation within mining complexes to deliver coal, oil shale, potassium ores from the breakage faces at the seam thickness at least 1.4 m and angles of dip up to 35°, as well as at the rise or dip with the seams angle up to 10° in mines of any gas and dust hazard category.

• The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness.
• The conveyor panline is developed on the basis of 285 mm high powerful cast sides. The traction member of the conveyor is developed on the basis of the special large-link chain of size 30 x 108 mm with lowered vertical links. The implements can be either welded to the panline or removable.
• Mounted in the conveyor drives are special “rolled-out” drive shafts whose design ensures their quick mounting and dismounting. The conveyor drives are equipped with hydraulic devices for their fixing, moving and lifting to adjust the pouring height.
• The drive units are equipped with two-stage planetary reduction gears or two-stage conic-planetary reduction gears rated at up to 250 kW. The drive units can be equipped with the single-speed or two-speed electric motors. The drive units are equipped with water cooling system. To adjust the chain tension, the drive unit is equipped with the special friction brake.
