FLIGHT FACE CONVEYORS СП 250
The flight face conveyors СП250 are intended to carry coal of any rigidity from breakage faces of seam thickness from 0.71 to 2.0 m moving by spreading with dip angle up to 35° and up to 10° of dip or elevation in mines of any gas and dust hazard category. The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness. The drives of the conveyors are equipped with devices for their fixing and moving.
- The mining flight two-chain movable unified conveyors of СП250 series operate with narrow-cut cutter-loaders equipped with the feed systems of various designs both as a component of the mechanized longwall systems and with individual fastening and hydraulic movers.
- The conveyor assembly unit surfaces subject to abrasion are heat treated or coated with hard alloys ensuring long service life.
