СOAL PLOUGH UNIT CH 06
The СOAL PLOUGH UNIT CH06 of sliding type is designed to mechanize main production processes of mining and conveying coal in the long wall faces up to 230 m long developing 0,85 - 1,4 m seams along the strike with the bedding angle being up to 25°, being developed to the rise with the bedding angles up to 12°, to the dip up to 8° and cutting resistance at а minimum seam thickness in the stable zone up to 300 kN/m and in the area of the cutting tool not more than 170 kN/m, at maximum seam thickness in the stable zone not more than 150 kN/m and in the area of the cutting tool not more than 80 kN/m with self-collapsing top coal band.
- The СOAL PLOUGH UNIT CH06 consists of a conveyer with drive heads, a sliding type plough, hydraulic equipment, electrical equipment with the automatic control system of the Plough Unit.
- The СOAL PLOUGH UNIT CH06 can operate with individual and mechanized supports, both in the right and in the left face with the remote control by current collectors and automatic reverse of the conveyer and the Plough Unit drives.
