FLIGHT CONVEYOR-LOADERS ПТК1000, ПТК800, ПС
The twin-chain flight conveyor-loaders ПТК1000, ПТК800, ПС are intended for reloading and transportation of coal (potassium ore, oil shale) along the workings in the mines of any gas and dust hazard category from the face conveyor to the telescopic band conveyors with band width as follows: 800 mm for ПТК800, 1000 mm for ПТК1000 and ПС.
- The conveyor-loaders consist of the drive mounted on the support section of the telescopic band conveyor or on the special support section with the drum, the panline with boards on both sides of the pans, end head and traction member (flight chain).
- The loaders are equipped with the platforms (beams) mounted on the boards for location of the power equipment. The board walls have the brackets for the electric, hydraulic and pneumatic lines. High boards are mounted in the loading place from the face conveyor to prevent overpouring of the material beyond the loader.
- On the order of the customer the loader can be equipped with the hydraulic device for moving.
