SMALL-SIZE COLLIERY CRUSHER ДШМ1
Small-size colliery crusher ДШМ1 is designed for outsize lumps of coal to be conveyed from the breakage face.
- Small-size colliery crusher ДШМ1 is installed between the end head and the deflecting conveyer section on the horizontal part of the panline flight of the gate overloading conveyer.
- The crusher design: the main crusher parts are: a frame, a drive unit, an operating member (drum), detachable side members (which support the frame), a knock-down housing of the receiving hole and an irrigation unit.
- The drive unit consists of the series reduction gear СП202М with hydraulic coupling 1ГПЭ400У-01 and electric motor, 55kW, or of the reduction gear БП75КЦ with hydraulic coupling ГПЭ 400Ух2 and electric motor, 75kW.
- The crusher frame is all-welded structure to be mounted on special detachable side members which are fixed to linear pans of the overloading conveyer.
- The receiving-hole housing is a knock-down structure, consisting of two detachable side-members and two covers on top of which the irrigation unit is mounted.
- The Crusher can be employed in collieries of all gas and dust hazard classes.
