DRIVE UNIT БПК160
The drive unit БПК160.00.00.000 equipped with the reducer БПК160.01.00.000 is intended for operation within drives of the mining flight conveyors and loaders. The drive unit is mounted in parallel to the panline axis and in perpendicularly is used in common with the reducer attachment БПК160.02.00.000 *.
- Depending on the versions the drive can be operated with the single-or-two-speed electric motors of power 110...160 kW. The versions of passing housings allow to use electric motors of OJS Company «Pervomaiskiy electromechanic plant by name of K.Marx »(Ukraine), firms «DAMEL» (Poland), «BARTEC» (Germany).
- The design of the drive unit is developed by the special design office of OJS Company «Kharkov Machine-Building Plant «Svet Shakhtyora».
- Producer: Open Joint Company «Kharkov Machine-Building Plant «Svet Shakhtyora».
- The drive unit can be used within conveyors/loaders/ type: СП250.13, СП250.14, СП251, СП301/90УЗ, СПЦ230, СПЦ271М, СПЦ163.

Convenience and reliability of the reducer in operation are provided:
- Coolers of the cooling system from stainless steel with quickly removable adapter for water connection;
- Output cylindrical transmission of the reducer and of the reducer attachment are grinding ensuring higher reliability of the reducer and small sound specifications.

| * Gear ratio of the reducer attachment is equal to gear ratio of the conic transmission of the main reducer/3,75/ ensuring the synchronous rotation at mounting of parallel and perpendicularly drive units. |
