DRIVE UNIT БП75КЦ
The drive unit БП7КЦ.00.00.000 equipped with the conic-cylindrical reducers БП75КЦ.01.00.000 of power 75...90kW is intended in operation in the mining flight conveyors or loaders types СП250, СП251, ПТК800 instead of the drives with the reducers СП202М.01.01.000 of power 55 kW.
- The drive unit БП75КЦ.00.00.000 is equipped with the single-speed electric motor ВКДВ250МA4 of power 75 kW of OJS Company «Donbass-Electomotor» or the single-speed motor 2ЭДКОФВ250LA4 of power 90 kW of OJS Company «Pervomaiskiy electromechanic plant by name of K.Marx». The connection is motor-reducer through the doubling hydraulic coupling ГПЭ400Уx2.
- The advantage of the replacement: the possibility of using least quantity of reducers in conveyors types СП250, СП251 at the equal power or the increasing of the length of given type conveyors.
- The tooth gearing of the reducer including with Novikov gearing are located in the modified housing of the serial reducer СП202М of 55 kW. It allowed at saving dimensions of the drive to increase the rated power of the electric motors to 150...180 kW instead of 110 kW and in the conveyor to 300...360 kW.
